Position: Travel Administrator (Remote – Part-Time to Full-Time)
We are looking for an organized and meticulous Travel Administrator to assist with our expanding travel operations. This remote position starts as part-time with potential advancement to full-time depending on performance and operational demands.
Main Duties:
Offer administrative assistance to travel advisors and management teams
Accurately handle bookings, modifications, cancellations, and documentation
Communicate with suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and consolidators
Maintain client information, itineraries, invoices, and payment records
Ensure adherence to supplier agreements, consumer laws, and internal guidelines
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone calls, and CRM platforms
Support ticketing processes including confirmations and post-booking services
Assist in reporting tasks alongside quality control measures and internal audits
Provide weekend support occasionally based on booking levels
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in travel administration or a similar support role within a travel agency
Comprehensive knowledge of the booking process in the travel industry
Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy standards
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using CRM systems along with booking platforms; skilled in Microsoft/Google productivity tools
Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines remotely
Stable internet connection along with a dedicated workspace at home
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):
Experience managing cruise reservations or working within host agency frameworks
Understanding of US travel regulations including supplier contracts or Seller of Travel compliance
Experience handling high volumes of bookings or working across multi-brand environments
