Corporate Paralegal

A US law firm is looking to hire a Paralegal for their corporate team. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and interpreting legal documents;
• Conduct due diligence investigation and legal research;
• Provide support to lawyers in the Corporate team on all commercial and corporate matters;
• Participation in verification of corporate and legal documents, assist in preparation of verification notes and prospectus;
• Assist in drafting of general correspondence and legal documents.

Requirements 

• LLB or LLM from a top tier Chinese University. 
• 2 - 4 years experience in a capital markets team 
• Excellent knowledge of U.S and P.R.C Legal system; and
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with ability to read and write Chinese essential. Native Mandarin preferred.
