About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and tours
• Provide tailored recommendations based on customer preferences and needs
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency
• Resolve booking issues and troubleshoot travel-related concerns
• Stay informed about travel trends, promotions, and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Croatian (C2 level)
• Proficiency in English (B2 level)
• EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
