Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Programs & Partnerships Coordinator to assist with program coordination, partnership management, and provide administrative support to the Executive Director. This role will help ensure the smooth delivery of programs, effective partner engagement, and efficient organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Coordination: Plan, implement, and monitor key programs and their logistics.
  • Partnership Support: Manage partnership tools and ensure communication with stakeholders.
  • Event Management: Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and meetings.
  • Data and Reporting: Prepare reports on program outcomes and maintain documentation.
  • Executive Support: Assist with scheduling, meetings, and materials for the Executive Director.
  • General Support: Assist with budget tracking, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, International Development, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in program coordination or partnership management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools.
  • Passion for innovation and development in Africa.

Salary: 200k
