A growing UK law firm is looking for a senior associate for their corporate team. The role will focus on cross boarder M&A transactions, infrastructure projects and private equity transactions.

Requirements

• Candidates should hold a JD from a top overseas law school. 
• Solid experience acting for Chinese state-owned enterprises highly desirable.
• Native mandarin essential.
• Role can be based in Hong Kong or Shanghai.
