Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator, you will review and assess user-generated content to ensure it aligns with platform policies. • Review and evaluate videos, images, comments, and links to ensure compliance with community standards, removing any content that violates guidelines

• Review and respond to user appeals, providing clear explanations for moderation decisions
• Work closely with your team to ensure all regulatory and platform requirements are met
• Identify potential risks and trends by analyzing user behavior and contribute to proactive moderation efforts
• Share insights and suggestions to improve moderation processes and tools

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Hebrew (C1 level)
• Proficiency in English (B2 level)
• EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
• At least one year of experience in customer support
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
• Desire to learn and advance in the field
