As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content on various platforms, ensuring that it meets our company's standards and guidelines. You will work closely with our content team to maintain a safe and positive online community for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and moderate user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, in a timely and accurate manner

- Ensure that all content complies with our company's policies and guidelines

- Identify and escalate any inappropriate or sensitive content to the appropriate team

- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve content policies and processes

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a positive and safe online community for our users

- Handle user inquiries and complaints related to content moderation in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

- Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred

- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities

- Knowledge of digital content regulations and laws is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
