About the Role:

Are you passionate about social media and content creation? We are looking for French-speaking Creator Evaluation Specialists to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will assess and evaluate digital content creators to ensure they meet platform standards and engagement criteria.

As a Creator Evaluation Specialist, you will analyze creator performance, verify compliance with platform policies, and help build a safe and engaging online community.

Your Responsibilities:

️ Evaluate and assess digital content creators based on platform standards.
️ Analyze engagement metrics, audience interactions, and content quality.
️ Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and content policies.
️ Identify promising creators and recommend partnership opportunities.
️ Work closely with internal teams to enhance creator support programs.
️ Provide feedback and reports on creator performance trends.

Content Moderation: 24/7 rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).

Requirements:

Fluent in French (C1/C2 level).
Good English skills (B1 level or higher).
Experience in content moderation, social media analysis, or digital marketing is a plus.
Ability to evaluate creator performance using data and engagement metrics.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Residency or willingness to relocate to Portugal.
