Our client, a leading beverage manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong background in beverage production and expertise in Tetra Pak and Sidel production lines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime, and optimizing production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all machinery and equipment, particularly Tetra Pak and Sidel production lines.
• Lead troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to minimize equipment failure risks.
• Develop and train the maintenance team to enhance technical capabilities and performance.

Key Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in maintenance management within the beverage manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Tetra Pak and Sidel production lines.
• Proven experience in equipment troubleshooting, process optimization, and preventive maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
