Furniture Upholster

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Upholstery Specialist to join our team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ year of upholstery experience and be skilled in fabric cutting, sewing, padding, and assembling upholstered products.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut and sew fabric and other materials for upholstery projects
• Assemble and repair upholstered furniture, seats, and other products
• Install padding, springs, webbing, and covers using hand tools and industrial equipment
• Inspect finished products for quality and durabillity
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines 
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of upholstery experience
• Ability to operate sewing machines, staple guns, and other upholstery tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a hands-on environment 
• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
