Automation Technician

• Responsibilities
• Conduct preventive and repair maintenance and other recommended maintenance programs in line with the a and schedules and as required to keep the equipment in good working condition that will ensure food safety.
• Monitor equipment as per checklist on all stipulated machines, document findings and recommend actions to be taken through the maintenance report form
• Lubricate the machineries as specified in the lubrication chart and update lubrication documentation.
• Ensure all safety sensors, Conduct preventive and repair maintenance and other recommended maintenance programs in line with the checklists and schedules and as required to keep the equipment in good working condition that will ensure food safety.

• Ensure all safety sensors, reflector and safety controls are in good working condition
• Conduct periodical maintenance on electrical panels and other electrical components
• Ensure all machine frame structure, bolts, nuts, fittings and frame legs remain rigid and in correct position
• Correct all reported faults and rectify all operational malfunction on stipulated machines during the shift operation. reflector and safety controls are in good working condition

Requirement:

• First Degree or its equivalent in Electrical /Electronic Engineering,
• Process Control and Automation Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 3 years post-NYSC practical, job-relevant experience in a well-structured FMCG (botting) company.
• Experience in FMCG industry is required.
• Nature of Work: Shift
