As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the face of our brand, assisting customers via digital channels. Your responsibilities will include resolving inquiries, managing account and order issues, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
• Identify and escalate recurring issues to improve processes
• Provide expert guidance to help customers maximize product use
• Analyze customer feedback to detect trends and recommend solutions
• Regularly assess service performance to maintain high-quality support

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German (C1 level)
• Fluent in English (B2 level)
• EU citizenship or a Bulgarian residency card
• 0-1 year experience in customer support
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow
