We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior WordPress Developer with deep expertise in Elementor and WordPress coding standards to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress-based websites with a focus on performance, functionality, and design precision. Your ability to write clean, efficient, and reusable code is critical, as is your proficiency in understanding and implementing complex website designs.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress websites, focusing on Elementor-based builds.
2. Create and implement custom themes and plugins according to project requirements.
3. Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code adhering to WordPress coding standards.
4. Optimize websites for performance, speed, and scalability.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, compatibility issues, and other technical challenges.
6. Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure project goals are met.
7. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in WordPress development.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a senior-level WordPress developer with a portfolio showcasing Elementor-based projects.
2. Strong expertise in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.
3. Advanced knowledge of Elementor, including custom widget development and advanced configurations.
4. Proficiency in building custom themes and plugins from scratch.
5. Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON integration.
6. Experience with modern development workflows, including Git version control.
7. Strong understanding of website performance optimization techniques.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
9. Fluent command of English for effective communication and documentation.
10. Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
