Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Content Moderator who is fluent in German or French to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a content moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring user-generated content on social media platforms, websites, or online communities to ensure it complies with community guidelines, policies, and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate content (texts, images, videos) across various platforms, ensuring they align with community guidelines, local regulations, and company policies.
• Identify and act on potentially harmful or inappropriate content such as hate speech, graphic violence, explicit content, or illegal material.
• Communicate with other teams to escalate urgent issues or trends requiring immediate attention.
• Work closely with the customer service and compliance teams to address any content-related concerns or reports.
• Provide feedback and insights to help improve content policies and moderation processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform guidelines, laws, and regulations related to online content.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German or French (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar field is preferred but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
