Sales Development Representative (Fintech, Financial Institution & IT Consulting)

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify leads, nurture relationships, and support the sales team in closing deals. This role is critical in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth within the Fintech, Financial Institution, and IT Consulting sectors.

Responsibilities

- Identify and engage new sales opportunities in the Fintech, Financial Institution, and IT Consulting market
- Research and understand customer needs to offer tailored solutions
- Build strong relationships and qualify leads for conversion
- Set up meetings between prospective customers and sales managers
- Manage a pipeline of interested prospects and drive deal closures
- Report on sales performance and contribute to improving lead-generation strategies

Requirements

- 3+ years of sales experience in Fintech, Financial Institution, and/or IT Consulting, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and strategic problem solver
- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
- Bachelors degree (preferred) or 5+ years of relevant experience
