Banking associate 4+ PQE

Leading Offshore Law firm are looking for a banking associate to be based in either their Hong Kong  office. 

This role will focus on acquisition and leveraged financing, debt capital markets, private equity investments, fund finance, pre-IPO financings, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, debt restructurings, and IPOs. 

Requirements

• Candidates should have at least 3 years finance experience either from an offshore firm or leading international law firm.

• Candidates must be commonwealth qualified ideally England & Wales, Australia or New Zealand. 

• Top academics essential
