Our client is well regarded US law firm. They are looking for a mid-level associate to work on M and A, PE, Venture Capital and Funds transactions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of sectors including healthcare, telecommunications, media and technology, sports, education, real estate, and energy.

Requirements

• Hong Kong qualified with at least 4PQE
  
• Experience gained from an international firm
• Excellent Mandarin skills both spoken and written
