Role Overview:

The Reservations Specialist in car rental customer support assists customers with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and inquiries across phone, chat, email, and social media. You will ensure a smooth rental experience by providing information on pricing, policies, and vehicle options, while resolving any concerns. With training provided, you'll be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional service and supporting customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer outstanding customer support across various communication channels

• Assist with car rental bookings, changes, and cancellations

• Provide customers with information on pricing, insurance, and rental policies

• Help with vehicle pickup, drop-off, and payment-related inquiries

• Guide customers on rental terms, locations, and available options

• Work with internal teams to resolve more complex issues

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions

• Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and industry trends

• Engage in ongoing training to develop your skills and advance your career

Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
• Fluent in English (C1 level)
• EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
• 0-1 year experience in customer support
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow
