Banking paralegal

Our client is a well regarded offshore law firm. They are looking to hire an experienced Paralegal for their Hong Kong Banking/Finance team.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist partners and lawyers with research, docuemnt drafting, and matter administration
• Performing conflict checks, document filing and billing
• Opportunity to work in a team advising leading onshore law firms, major international financial institutions and listed and private companies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Must have at least 1 years experience as a Paralegal;
• Trilingual (English, Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Previous experience supporting a finance team is required;
• Law Degree or equivalent qualifications essential;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook are required.
• Familiarity with platforms like Intapp, Elite, and FileSite is desirable;
