We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our multilingual support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve queries, providing product or service information, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and systems
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues and offering solutions
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Escalate complex cases when necessary
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
