About the Role:

As a Content Moderator, your role will involve reviewing and assessing user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines and community standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate different content types (text, images, videos, etc.) for compliance with platform rules
• Enforce moderation policies consistently and impartially across all user content
• Handle user appeals professionally, offering clear and transparent explanations for moderation decisions
• Stay updated on policy changes and industry best practices
• Spot emerging trends and potential risks, offering suggestions to improve moderation processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance moderation efforts

Requirements:

• Proficiency in German (C2 level)
• Proficiency in English (B2 level)
• Relevant Experience is preferable
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
