Join our on-site team in Sofia, where youll assist adult consumers via phone, chat, and email with orders, product setup, troubleshooting, and account-related questions all while ensuring compliance with strict age-verification and industry standards.

Location: On-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
Languages: Slovenian (C2/native) + English (B2+)
Shifts: Rotational between Mon - Sat (9:00 - 23:00) & Sun (10:00 - 19:00)
Type: Full-time
