Job Title: General Manager Location: Nashville, TN Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 Role Type: Full-Time Overview: As the General Manager of our Boutique Fitness Studio, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall experience of our clientele and leading our team to success. This role is essential in ensuring operational excellence while fostering a vibrant community atmosphere. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, enhancing member engagement, and driving growth initiatives that resonate with our brand's mission and values. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all aspects of studio operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management. - Cultivate a positive and motivating environment for both staff and members, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Implement strategic marketing plans to attract new members and retain existing clientele. - Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and drive revenue growth through innovative programming and services. - Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff members, fostering a culture of professional development. - Analyze business performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance studio operations and member engagement. - Collaborate with the fitness team to create an exceptional member experience through engaging classes and community events. Required Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in management, preferably in the fitness or hospitality sector. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a passion for fitness and wellness. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in using management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
