This position will be the frontline of communication between the company and its customers, responsible for providing excellent service, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction across voice, chat, or email platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email, or other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, billing, or account details.
- Resolve customer complaints, process refunds or returns, and follow up to ensure full resolution.
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication at all times.
Requirements:
- At least SHS Graduate or College Graduate
- At least 1 year of international voice BPO experience
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems
