Job Summary

Our client is  seeking an experienced Modular Construction Project Manager to oversee theplanning, execution, and delivery of modular construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with expertise in modular construction methods and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, for modular construction projects.

- Collaborate with design teams to ensure module designs meet project requirements and are optimized forfabrication and assembly.

- Manage relationships with module manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of modules to site.

- Oversee site preparation, module delivery, and assembly, ensuring that modules are installed correctly and safely.

- Ensure that modules meet quality standards, and defects are identified and addressed promptly.

- Communicate with stakeholders, includingclients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that project requirements are met and expectations are managed.

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with modular construction projects, including logistics, transportation, and assembly.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Science, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on modular construction.

- Proven ability to managecomplex construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and defects.
