Project Development Officer (BD)

Location: Makati

Full Onsite | Monday to Friday | Day Shift

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Urban Planning, Engineering, Architecture, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project development, real estate, construction, or business development, specifically in handling vertical projects.
• Experienced in managing vertical or high-rise projects.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and development of real estate projects, ensuring timely execution from concept to handover.
• Conduct and prepare detailed feasibility studies, site and market analyses, and financial projections.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., design, finance, engineering, legal) and external partners (e.g., consultants, government agencies) to ensure all aspects of the project align with strategic goals.
• Identify and evaluate potential development sites and recommend viable projects for investment.
• Monitor regulatory requirements, permitting processes, and compliance with local laws.
• Present project proposals, updates, and findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables, addressing risks and roadblocks proactively.
• Support business development initiatives by proposing new development opportunities and innovative concepts.
