Merchandising Supervisor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Merchandising Supervisor to support our merchandising team in ensuring our product assortment, displays, and inventory are aligned with brand standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating stock replenishment with suppliers and warehouse teams.
• Support the setup and maintenance of in-store visual displays based on seasonal themes and brand guidelines.
• Prepare and update product master lists, pricing sheets, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with local and international vendors for product delivery schedules, samples, and merchandising materials.
• Track product performance and assist in preparing sell-through and inventory analysis reports.
• Help organize product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Conduct research on retail trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or inventory support (experience in luxury retail is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
• A good sense of style and familiarity with retail display aesthetics.
