Sous Chef (Orchard)

Responsibilities:

  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to keep food safe and clean.
  • Prepare a diverse range of dishes, including café-style meals and baked goods.
  • Help plan menus that suit customer preferences and diets.
  • Check food quality and taste before serving.
  • Keep track of kitchen supplies and restock when needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership skills
