Primary Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative you will be a part of a great team and all together will:

  • Listen and respond to customers queries by phone and email
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the clients requests
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction

Requirements

  • Native/ fluent level Danish
  • Good understanding of English (B2);
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to build trust with the customers;

Bonus Skills

  • Good troubleshooting skills and analytical thinking;
  • Good communication skills
