About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Service Agent who speaks Danish and English to support our customers across the Nordic market. You'll be part of a motivated, multicultural team where your communication skills will shine and your contributions are truly valued.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle incoming requests from Danish-speaking customers via chat, email, or phone.

• Provide clear, empathetic, and helpful solutions to a range of inquiries.

• Guide customers through product or service details and assist with troubleshooting.

• Keep accurate notes and customer data updated in the system.

• Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when needed.

• Represent the brand with positivity and professionalism in every interaction.

What Were Looking For

• Native or fluent Danish (C1+) and strong English (B2 or higher).

• Prior customer support experience is a plus but not required.

• Comfortable using computers, ticketing systems, and chat tools.

• A calm, patient, and supportive approach to customer conversations.

• Residing in Spain or open to relocation (relocation assistance may be available).
