Role Overview: 

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first touchpoint for customers, delivering responsive and personalized support across various platforms. Your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will ensure each interaction is smooth, helpful, and professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt and courteous support via phone, chat, email, and social media

• Assist users with tasks such as account creation, access issues, identity checks, and transaction support

• Troubleshoot technical concerns and provide practical, easy-to-follow solutions

• Approach every customer interaction with empathy and a solution-driven mindset

• Communicate clearly and professionally to build trust and satisfaction

• Follow internal protocols and maintain high service standards

• Share ideas and user feedback to help improve support processes and enhance customer experience

Requirements:

• Fluent in French (C2 level)
• Fluent in English (B2 level)
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
• 0-1 year of experience in customer support
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow
