Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR support roles, preferably inFacility Management or Property Managementdomains, and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR support across various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, employment contracts, work permits, health and safety regulations, and employee benefits
- Assist in managingemployee data, records, and documentation
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes
- Fosterpositive employee relations and resolve employee queries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- ProfessionalHR certifications(preferred)
-3-5 years of experience in an HR support role (HR Assistant, HR Officer, or HR Coordinator) within the UAE
- Experience inFacility Management or Property Management domain
- Strong understanding of coreHR functions and UAE Labor Law
- Familiarity with HR software systems
-Bilingual (English and Hindi)
