Key Responsibilities:

• Design Electrical Control Systems:Create detailed designs, component selections, and test plans based on customer specifications.
• Program PLCs and HMIs:Develop, modify, and troubleshoot logic using platforms such asAllen-Bradley (RSLogix, Studio 5000)andSiemens TIA Portal.
• Optimize Automation Processes:Analyze performance, identify issues, and implement efficient, long-lasting solutions.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance:Apply knowledge ofUL 508A,NEC,IEC, and related electrical standards to all designs and installations.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders:Work closely with customers, project managers, and suppliers to align on technical requirements and deliverables.
• Document Systems:Prepare schematics, wiring diagrams, and detailed system documentation usingAutoCADand other tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experiencein industrial automation, electrical engineering, or control system design.
• Proven expertise inPLC & HMI programming(Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.).

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for creating electrical schematics.

• Working knowledge of UL 508A, NEC, and IEC standards.

• Familiarity withEPlan,Microsoft Excel, and project documentation tools is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to travel up to10%for occasional onsite commissioning or support.
