HR Head - Luzon

Role Overview

The Head of HR is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions in Luzon. This includes recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and staffing processes.
• Manage employee relations and labor compliance.
• Implement performance appraisal systems and training programs.
• Maintain HR records, payroll, and HRIS.
• Support leadership on workforce planning and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of HR management experience, preferably in foodservice or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory standards.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
