Senior FP&A

Are you a finance professional ready to drive strategy and impact on a global scale?

In this role, youll work directly with the CFO, and collaborate with the Fund Development, Risk, and Investment teams to support and deliver financial returns alongside positive social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling across impact funds
• Conduct profitability and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Drive standardization, automation, and insightful reporting
• Support fundraising activities and build models for new funds
• Perform liquidity forecasts and stress testing for funds under management

What Were Looking For:

• 36 years of experience in FP&A, Audit, or Controlling
• Experience in VC/PE/Investments is an added advantage
• Proficiency in financial modelling and Excel
• Experience with BI tools like TM1 or PowerBI is a plus
• Background in asset management, banking, or financial services
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with global exposure
