What would you be doing:

• CRM System Management:Keep our CRM running smoothly, and set up workflows, dashboards,
  and reporting tools.
• Dive into Data: Ensure clean, actionable data and deliver insights that drive smart decisions.
• Optimize & Automate: Streamline processes and boost efficiency with automation tools.
• Customer Engagement: Shape strategies to keep customers happy and coming back.
• Empower the Team:Train team members on CRM features, functionalities, and best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 2-3 years in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
• Skills in data analysis, reporting, and CRM automation tools.
• Strong understanding of CRM best practices and strategies for customer lifecycle management.
• Problem-solver with sharp attention to detail and excellent communication.
