Laminating Machine Operator

📍 Location: Nowy Kawęczyn, Poland (approx. 70 km from Warsaw) ✈️ Relocation support provided

Our client, a leading manufacturer of cardboard displays and packaging, is expanding its production team and is currently seeking experienced professionals for the following positions:

Machine: Oppliger

What is offered:

Training on specific machines and internal production procedures

Long-term cooperation with the intention of permanent employment

12-hour shifts on a 2/2 schedule (two days on, two days off)

Relocation support

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an independent laminating machine operator

Ability to follow detailed work instructions before, during, and after production

Effective collaboration with internal and external auditors

Adherence to health & safety and internal procedures

Openness to communication and development

Additional Information:

Corrugated boards: 2, 3, 4, and 5-layer

Formats: From B2 (500x700) to XL (1620x1210), mostly B0–XL

Paper weights: 130–550g/m² (mostly 180 and 210g/m²)

Laminating of enhanced sheets (mat/gloss film, dispersion varnish)
