Your Tasks

• 📞 Answer incoming calls from customers and travel agents
• 🛳️ Sell cruise packages and suggest add-ons (cross-sell & upsell)
• 📅 Support with bookings and post-booking questions
• 🌍 Give info about destinations, ships, documents, prices, and more
• 🤝 Assist travel agents with managing bookings

What We’re Looking For

• 🌐Proficiency in Danish and a good level of English both written and spoken
• 💬 Experience in sales – a must!
• ✈️ Background in tourism or travel agencies – big plus
• 🎧 Customer service or call center experience – preferred
• 🖥️ Good digital skills and attention to detail
• 🧠 Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask
• 🗣️ Strong communication skills, written and spoken
