David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO company which is looking to recruit for a Ukrainian speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join their team in Riga.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle general administrative tasks as part of the back office team
• Provide professional online support for specific customer cases
• Contribute to achieving business objectives through reliable and accurate support
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in Ukrainian (written and spoken) and at least B2 level of English
• Previous experience or strong interest in back office services
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and empathy
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
• Excellent computer skills to ensure fast and high-quality task execution
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop through research
• EU citizenship or a valid Latvian residence permit is required.
