About the role
We are looking for a Traffic Manager to support early-stage efforts by directing traffic to a set of web resources. The role involves working closely with internal teams, applying various traffic tools and methods, and contributing to testing and optimisation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and test new traffic sources based on project goals

• Manage and direct traffic to designated web resources

• Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights

• Collaborate with internal teams to align traffic strategies with broader objectives

• Support ongoing optimisation through analysis and structured experimentation

Requirements:

• Experience in traffic acquisition, media buying, or digital promotion

• Understanding of different traffic sources and traffic types

• Familiarity with automation tools and analytics platforms

• Russian - fluent; English -strong written communication

• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
