Head of Growth | SaaS | Remote

We’re looking for a Head of Growthto take full ownership of our growth engine. This role combines strategic thinking and hands-on execution across paid acquisition, product-led growth (PLG), SEO, and analytics.

🕓 Location: This is a fully remote position. We’re hiring candidates within European time zones (GMT to GMT+3) to ensure smooth collaboration with our distributed team.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the full growth roadmap: acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.

• Lead paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, and other platforms.

• Build and execute SEO and content strategies to drive organic growth.

• Collaborate with Product on referral loops, onboarding, and in-app growth levers.

• Define and track key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion funnels, MRR expansion).

• Run A/B tests and data-driven experiments to optimize performance.

• Build and lead a high-performing growth team across paid, content, and ops.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Growth or marketing leadership experience in a SaaS company.

• Proven track record scaling go-to-market efforts from mid-market to enterprise.

• Deep expertise in paid media, SEO, PLG, and performance marketing.

• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Semrush, Cometly, Hyros.

• Strong analytical mindset and hands-on execution style.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment experience.
