Corporate Project Manager

Our client offers business support to corporate and igaming clients and need to hire an experienced Corporate Project Manager to manage the delivery of corporate projects across Finance, HR, Legal and Compliance functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects driving business efficiency, data accuracy, financial control and regulatory compliance. 

The role is offered on a hybrid basis, with the office being on the border between Sliema and Gzira, and the salary is €40-45K + 10% bonus & benefits. 

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Corporate Projects in managing and overseeing corporate projects from initiation to completion
• Manage cross-functional project teams, acting as the primary point of contact
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
• Ensure that regulatory, financial, and compliance requirements are met
• Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Communicate efficiently with stakeholders throughout the business + external contacts as and when required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Project
  Management, or other relevant degree
• 3+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects within Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance'
• Certified PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent
• Understanding of financial regulations, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive innovative solutions
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Ability to present and simplify complex information to diverse, non-expert audiences
• Proficient in Atlassian software like Jira & Confluence
