BMS Engineer

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Control Systems Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
• 7 years in FM in the Gulf
• 3 years on projects involving integrated smart systems
  

Specialized Skills:

• Advanced skills in BMS troubleshooting and integration across subsystems
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) performance
• Analyze data trends to optimize energy and system efficiency
• Troubleshoot software/hardware issues and apply timely fixes
• Support integration of HVAC, lighting, security, and fire systems
• Fulfill all general engineering responsibilities as outlined in Civil Engineer JD
