Building Fabric Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
• 7 years in FM in the Gulf
• 3 years on building fabric maintenance in large-scale developments
  

Specialized Skills:

• Skilled in managing building interiors and exteriors including walls, ceilings, flooring, and finishes
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage routine and emergency repairs to structural components
• Oversee refurbishment, painting, tiling, and other finish works
• Ensure structural integrity and aesthetic quality of buildings
• Conduct periodic inspections and issue technical reports
• Fulfill all general engineering responsibilities as outlined in Civil Engineer JD
