Responsibilities – French-Speaking Telecom Customer Support Jobs

  • Handle inbound communications (calls, chats, and emails) from French-speaking telecom customers and partners.
  • Resolve queries related to telecom services, orders, billing, technical support, and general account management.
  • Deliver exceptional, professional, and empathetic customer service support through all channels.
  • Use provided response templates and follow quality standards for every interaction.
  • Escalate unresolved or sensitive issues according to process requirements.
  • Perform ad-hoc support tasks as needed by the project and management team.

Minimum requirements:
  • Fluency in French
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer knowledge
