Customer Expert for Delivery Services - Finnish - Remote in Greece

What you will do:

  • Handle inbound communication (calls, chats, tickets) from restaurant partners and end customers
  • Resolve queries related to orders, refunds, delivery, and platform use
  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer service support across all service channels
  • Follow provided response templates and quality standards
  • Escalate sensitive and unresolved issues where necessary
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the project

What you will bring:

  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish
  • Fluent in English – both spoken and written communication
  • Previous experience is not required, but customer service background is a plus!
  • Strong written communication and typing skills
  • Confident with PC tools and multitasking between platforms
