Junior Swedish Customer Support Agent

Our client, an online casino platform based in Malta, is looking for a Junior Swedish Customer Support Agent to join their team. This company is well known for the wide range of casino games they offer, as well as their innovative features and commitment to delivering a top-tier gaming experience for their players.

The company is offering a salary of €25K + 10% bonusdepending on KPIs and the role is fully office-based.

Role and Responsibilities

• Identifying and supporting players in any issues that they encounter in a professional manner
• Providing detailed information to customers about products, policies, promotions etc and updating customer accounts
• Understanding, guiding, supporting customers in responsible gambling
• Understanding AML and report suspicious activity
• Collaborating with other departments

Education, Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Swedish at a native level
• Fluent in English both written and spoken at a C1+ level
• Good listening skills with an emphatic approach
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Detail oriented and able to handle stressful situations with a positive attitude
• Willing to work on shift basis

About the role

• Salary of €25K + 10% bonus depending on KPIs
