Mission:

As Senior Media Manager, you’ll define and execute TEKEVER’s media strategy, creating high-quality, impactful content that tells our story, showcases our technology, and strengthens our brand positioning. You’ll work closely with internal teams and leadership to align media output with company goals — from campaign planning to content delivery.

What will be your responsibilities:

• Manage the development of TEKEVER’s media content strategy across all channels (video, digital, social, internal broadcasts, etc.);
• Create and oversee visual and written media assets that reflect the brand's tone, values, and mission;
• Plan, produce, and direct media campaigns and content series that support recruitment, branding, and thought leadership initiatives;
• Collaborate with the Head of Communications to maintain brand consistency and storytelling excellence;
• Support internal teams (HR, R&D, Marketing, etc.) with media tools and formats to drive engagement;
• Represent the media team during events, campaigns, and cross-functional projects
  Keep TEKEVER at the forefront of media innovation, using emerging tools and formats to stay ahead.

Profile and requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in media management, creative direction, or digital content production;
• Proven expertise in aerospace, defence, or tech sectors is essential;
• Solid background in video production, campaign design, or brand storytelling;
• Ability to manage multiple content streams and maintain high production standards;
• Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field;
• Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in French and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages;
• Creative, proactive, and highly collaborative — with a sharp eye for detail and a strong visual sensibility;
• Willingness to travel and work across international teams and time zones;
• Based in Toulouse;
