Chef de Partie Nous Santorini

As a COOK A at NOUS Santorini, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence. You will ensure that all food preparation activities are conducted in line with the hotel's service standards and health regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Follows and implements instructions for the efficient operation of the kitchen
  • Ensures that all ingredients received by stores and suppliers are up to standards
  • Maintains consistency regarding the preparation and presentation of all menu items
  • Follows all necessary policies and procedures relating to HACCP guidelines
  • Performs related duties and projects as assigned
  • Preparing and cooking dishes according to the menu.
  • Collaborating with other kitchen staff and departments to ensure a smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Up to 2 years experience in a similar role (hot or cold cuisine), in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant
  • Culinary degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized culinary institute
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek language
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Available to work nights and weekends.
