Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth accounting operations and compliance with procedures
• Supervise accuracy of accounting records in Commercial Management system and General Ledger
• Manage financial closures, myData compliance, and periodic audits
• Issue monthly trial balances
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and ensure tax law alignment
• Oversee daily transactions, reconciliations, and maintain accounting records
• Develop and enforce accounting policies aligned with company goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Master’s Degree will be considered an asset
• At least 3 years relevant working experience
• Proficiency in accounting software, with a strong preference for SoftOne
• Knowledge of Greek Accounting Standards
• English knowledge (written and oral)
• Exceptional communication, leadership & teamwork abilities
